The name comes from a story in Scripture that's always stuck with me. When God needed someone to build the tabernacle — the first dwelling place for His presence — He didn't just hand down blueprints. He filled a craftsman named Bezalel with His Spirit and gave him skill, ability, and knowledge in every kind of craft. It's the first time in the Bible that God pours out His Spirit on a person, and He does it for creative work.
That's the foundation I build on. I believe creativity comes from God, and the work I do with my hands and my mind is an extension of that. Whether I'm writing code, designing infrastructure, or building someone's website, I want to do it with the same spirit of excellence and craftsmanship.
I believe the work I do is an extension of my faith. Whether I'm building for a church, a nonprofit, or a growing business, I approach every project as an opportunity to serve well and steward what's been entrusted to me.
Starting CRTV DEI wasn't a business calculation — it was a step of obedience. God had been shaping me through every season, from the scholarship position to the late nights teaching myself to the work I'm doing now. When it was time to step out on my own, I knew it wasn't because I had it all figured out. It was because He was leading me to it.
