3. SMS Communication

When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages, we collect and store your phone number to send you transactional text messages regarding your account, work orders, project updates, and service notifications.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. We send messages on an as-needed basis when you create work orders, when order status changes, or when important account updates occur. Typically 1-5 messages per month, but message frequency may vary based on your activity level.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us. You may opt back in by visiting get-started and completing the form again with SMS opt-in checked.

Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier.

Third-Party Service: We use AWS Simple Notification Service (SNS) to send SMS messages. AWS SNS handles message delivery and may store phone numbers in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., AWS for hosting and SMS delivery, payment processors)

  • Consent: With your explicit consent for any other purpose

5. Data Storage and Security
